Caviar Kaspia London, nestled in the heart of Mayfair, redefines exclusivity with a bold and lavish interior that blends Parisian glamour and London refinement. For this luxury hospitality venue, we were commissioned to deliver a full suite of bespoke plasterwork solutions — tailored to complement the rich visual language of the space and elevate the interior architecture.

The private members’ club and restaurant, designed by OITOEMPONTO, is unapologetically maximalist, layered with jewel tones, silks, bold patterns, and elegant lighting. It was essential that our contribution not only matched this vision but enhanced it with refined craftsmanship and visual coherence.

Luxury Hospitality Plasterwork with Character

Our role was to create and install a series of carefully considered decorative plaster elements throughout the venue. These included:

Handmade decorative cornices, crafted to frame each room and define transitions between bold colour blocks and textured wallpapers. These mouldings provided both structure and softness within the layered design.
Bespoke plaster wall panels added rhythm and order to the eclectic environment, particularly in lounge and dining areas, offering both subtle architectural control and visual interest.
Across the ceilings, we installed custom plaster ceiling designs that ranged from clean and understated in some zones to more ornamental and sculptural in key areas, helping tie together the spatial narrative and lighting design.

Working within this elite hospitality environment required precision and collaboration. We coordinated closely with the interior design team and contractors to ensure every piece aligned with lighting, millwork, and the architectural envelope — from curved staircases to vaulted ceilings.

Each section of plasterwork was installed by hand, with particular attention to transitions between materials and visibility of feature lighting. Our team’s experience in high-spec hospitality venues allowed us to integrate smoothly within a fast-paced programme while maintaining exacting finish standards.
