Sculpted Logo Wall with Hand-Placed Lemons and Florals for a Luxury Hospitality Interior

At the London flagship of world-renowned pastry chef Cedric Grolet, the interior needed to reflect the same artistic excellence as the pâtisserie’s edible creations. We collaborated closely with the client and design team to deliver a bespoke plaster feature wall — a sculptural installation that combines branding, storytelling, and architectural craftsmanship.

Positioned as a centrepiece wrapping around both the staircase and the open kitchen, the wall sets a dramatic tone for the guest experience. It’s a prime example of how plaster detailing for hospitality interiors can bring texture and emotion to luxury spaces.

Custom Logo Wall Design in Sculpted Plaster

The design began with the Cedric Grolet logo, which we reimagined as a dimensional sculptural wall panel. The repeated elements — lemons and flowers — were designed to celebrate the natural ingredients that define the brand. Crafted in specialist materials, the wall was made entirely from handmade decorative plaster mouldings, finished to the highest level of detail.

This wasn’t just a logo — it was a brand-defining statement rendered in timeless material.

Curved Wall Plaster Installation with Seamless Flow

Working across both straight and curved walls, this project pushed the boundaries of curved wall plaster installation. Our team used custom-made plaster moulds and hand-finished every element to ensure complete visual symmetry. Where mitres occurred, we adjusted placements to maintain pattern integrity and avoid breaks in rhythm.

Key installation highlights included:

Sculpted lemon plaster mouldings, hand-placed for precise alignment around architectural transitions.
Seamless corners and junctions, achieved through on-site adjustments and careful mitre planning.
Hand-applied finishes, ensuring that the overall effect remained clean, balanced, and faultless to the eye.

Luxury Retail Plasterwork Meets Functional Art

This feature wall lives alongside the open pastry kitchen, where the chefs craft handmade edible art in full view of guests. Our work had to not only perform visually, but also function within a high-traffic hospitality setting. The result is a piece of luxury retail plasterwork that merges brand storytelling, texture, and durability — a true example of architectural feature wall design.
