many years of manufacturing large domes for various architects it became
obvious that why not crate a smaller version for the home. The
only problem was "cost". On a 'one-off' basis the cost was very high,
but if we designed a standard size the cost could be greatly reduced.
This we have achieved and below is the result, our standard dome and light
trough. For the home this idea is quite original and very appealing to
the eye. This also gives a wide scope for decorating. You could
marbleise the dome (as illustrated) or have a mural painted or rag-rolling,
the ideas are endless. This design is particularly effective above a
circular bath or a circular dining room table or even a circular bed.
The dome would also look tasteful i any room regardless of the shape or
furniture. |
